Our commitment to quality product is paramount, after receiving order, QZMM use several methods (control, inspection etc.) to assure the quality of our products. Our factories are certificated with ISO9001: 2000. 

Reductants – (coke & petroleum coke) --- We purchase coke & petroleum from stable source, the material must be with low ash and high volatility.

    Before scraping the casting block, all-side slag will be removed by hand and before packing all fine filtration out through a special boult. 

    All the slag and fine after collection and packing will be sold as by product.

1、Firstly, each day all the material that will be consumed are inspected separately.  All the testing record will be filed.

2、Sample will be drawn and tested from tap hole while molten silicon flow into ladle. All the testing record will be filed.

3、In casting area, representative Sample will be drawn from 15 spots on solid silicon block after cooling. The testing record will be filed.

4、After packing, sample in each bag will be drawn randomly ,then the related elements (Si,Fe,Al,Ca,P and other impurities) will be inspected. All the testing result of each bag will be filed by our lab and at the same time each bag to be labeled with Silicon grade, Bag No, Batch/Casting Number and our testing report.

5、Representative samples from each lot will be sent to SGS/BSI designated lab (North China Mineral and Geology Testing Center of CNNC)in China for inspection. (each 60 bags,radom samples will be collected from 22 bags),the testing report will be filed.

6、According to related testing standard, CIQ have an authoritative inspection for each lot and issue testing report.

7、Before loading, each lot will be inspected strictly by SGS or Inspectorate (BSI) and issue original quality certificate. 

8、After each shipment, we will present the following testing report to our buyer:

 Each bag’s testing report issued by us;

 Each lot’s quality & quantity certificate issued by CIQ (Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of PRC);

 Each lot’s certificate of quality and weight issued by SGS/BSI.
